The Marketplace brought together international development practitioners, financiers, donors, social entrepreneurs, academics, civil society, and policy makers. Over 800 organisations entered the competition, 20 of these were short-listed, including IIEC’s proposal “EcoTRA: EcoHousing Trust and Retention Accounts”.
